SITUATION
Groaning noises are heard from the front axle area while maneuvering at low speeds (e.g., parking lot maneuvers) or over uneven road surfaces.
CAUSE
Hydraulic mount in tension strut
PROCEDURE
Confirm the groaning noise is coming from the front axle area and isolate to either the drivers or passengers side. Replace the tension strut with the
hydraulic mount for the affected side.
